About the guidance

As well as demonstrating how to set-up and use the device which most agents will already be very familiar with, this 20 minute demonstration also gives agents helpful guidance on how to explain who we are, and easy to replicate language about how the technology works. We also provide a framework for how to consistently deliver the demo in a simple 3-part format, when to treat and how long for, and important safety and regulatory considerations for conducting the demo itself.

About Jess Hall

Jess qualified as a Veterinary Physiotherapist in 2019 from Writtle University College, after studying an Equine science degree at Sparsholt College. Jess has more than 10 years experience in the animal industry. Jess started her business Jess Hall Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2019. After trialling a Hofmag herself, Jess decided she couldn't live without the Hofmag in her practice, and later, came on board as UK agent to spread the word of Hofmag to other phyisos, riders and equine professionals.
